Preparation:
Combine sugar and Karo syrup. Microwave on high for 3 minutes.
Stir in peanuts. Microwave an additional 3 minutes.
Blend in butter and vanilla and microwave for 1 minute.
Add baking soda, and stir until light and foamy.
Pour on a greased cookie sheet and shake thin. Cool 1/2 hour.
Makes 1 pound. |
