Ingredients:

  12      ounces        real semi sweet chocolate
   1 1/8  cups          powdered sugar
     1/2  cup           softened butter
   2                    beaten eggs
   1      teaspoon      vanilla (can use 2 teaspoons)
   2                    capfuls       real peppermint extract
 

Preparation:

Melt 12 oz of choclate chips.Mix the peppermint when melted.Cream 1 1/8 cups of the powderd sugar with 1/2 cup butter.add 2 beaten eggs vanilla and when mixed to a creamy stage stir into the cooled choclate.beat until smooth.Drop by tsp on wax paper.store in fridge or freezer.
