1 cup semi-sweet chocolate bits
1 cup cornflakes
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup salted peanuts
Preparation:
Makes about 2 1/2 dozen
1. Melt chocolate bits over hot, not boiling, water; stir until smooth. Remove from heat.
2. Stir in cornflakes, coconut, vanilla and peanuts; drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper and chill until firm.
