Ingredients:

   1      cup           milk chocolate chips
   1      teaspoon      shortening
                        cashews or peanuts or pecan halves
                        OR English walnut halves -- (picked over)
                        OR miniature marshmallows

Preparation:

Makes 2 dozen 1. Melt chocolate pieces with shortening in top of double boiler over hot, not boiling, water. 2. Throw in 1/2 cup of nuts at a time, stirring around in melted chocolate. 3. Take out nuts with a fork and place in little piles on cookie sheet covered with waxed paper. 4. Refrigerate until set.
