Ingredients:

   1 1/2  pounds        red potatoes -- cut into quarters
     1/4  cup           wish-bone olive oil classics red wine
                        -- vinaigrette
                        -- dressing
     1/4  cup           sliced green onions
 

Preparation:

Cook potatoes in boiling water 20 minutes or until tender; drain and rinse with cold water until completely cool. In large bowl toss potatoes with remaining ingredients. Chill until served. Makes 4 servings.
