Ranch Potato Salad Primavera

Ingredients:

   4      cups          diced -- cooked, red
                        -- potatoes, cooled*
                        salt and pepper to taste
   1      cup           cooked broccoli florets
   1      small         yellow squash -- sliced
   1      stalk         celery -- chopped
     1/2  cup           diced red pepper
   2                    green onions -- chopped
   1      bottle        -- (8 oz.) wish-bone
                        -- ranch dressing
 

Preparation:

In large bowl, sprinkle potatoes with salt and pepper. Add remaining ingredients and marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours. Makes about 8 cups. Substitution: Use 4 cups cooked and cooled pasta.
