Ingredients:

   2      cups          coriander and roots
   1      cup           lime juice
     1/4  cup           ground black peppercorns
   2      cups          garlic
   2      tablespoons   salt
 

Preparation:

1. Blend all ingedients until smooth. Notes: Store in fridge for up to 6 weeks or freezer for 1 year. Use in Tender corriander beef.
