Ingredients:

     1/4           cup  dry mustard
  2          teaspoons  peanut oil
  2          teaspoons  water
     1/4           cup  superfine sugar
  1           teaspoon  cornstarch
     1/2      teaspoon  kosher salt
     1/2           cup  water
     1/4           cup  distilled white vinegar
 

Preparation:

combine mustard and oil in a small bowl slowly add 2 tablespoons water and stir to form a smooth paste combine sugar, cornstarch, and vinegar in a small saucepan, over a low flame heat and stir until thickened gradually add to mustard mixture and stir until blended cover and chill serve at room temperature
