Spaghetti Salad with Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients:

                        SALAD
  8             ounces  uncooked spaghetti -- broken into thirds
  6                     green onions (about 3/4 cup) -- cut in 1/4 " pieces
  4                     Italian plum tomatoes -- cut in half
                        lengthwise and sliced
  4             ounces  mozzarella cheese (1 cup) -- diced
                        DRESSING
     1/4           cup  olive oil
     1/4           cup  balsamic vinegar
  1           teaspoon  sugar
     1/2      teaspoon  dried basil leaves
     1/4      teaspoon  salt
 

Preparation:

Cook spaghetti to desired doness as directed on package. Drain; rinse with cold water to cool. In medium bowl, combine cooked spaghetti and all remaing salad ingredients. In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; blend well. Add to salad; toss to coat. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until serving time.
