Rotini Verde With Brie

Ingredients:

     3/4           cup  mushroom and onion sauce
  8             ounces  rotini pasta
     1/4           cup  brie cheese -- cut into small cubes
 16             ounces  frozen stir-fry vegetables with asparagus
  2        tablespoons  thinly sliced fresh basil leaves or
  1           teaspoon  dried basil
 

Preparation:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add rotini and cook according to package directions. In a separate saucepan, cook vegetables according to package directions. Drain pasta and vegetables. Immediately return to saucepan or place in a bowl. Add sauce, brie and basil and toss well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes Makes: 4 servings
