Ingredients:

   1      425 gram can  tomato sauce
   1      425 gram can  stewed tomatoes
   1      175 gram can  tomato paste
 350      grams         jalapenos
 100      grams         green chiles -- (big ones)
     1/2                white onion
                        miscellaneous peppers -- (to taste)
                        red pepper -- (the italian kind)
                        paprika
                        cumin seed
                        celery seed
                        apple cider vinegar
                        fewsquirts tabasco sauce
                        concentrated lemon juice
                        sugar
                        onion salt -- (a tad)
                        chili powder
 

Preparation:

1. Finely dice the onions and peppers, chop the stewed tomatoes. 2. Mix all the ingredients together and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes. Makes about 1125 ml Difficulty : very easy. Precision : approximate measurements.
