Ingredients:

  1                can  eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
     1/2           cup  real-lemon lemon juice
  2          teaspoons  grated lemon rind
  2               cups  -- (16 0z) plain
                        -- yogurt
  2               cups  white miniature marshmallows
     1/2           cup  chopped pecans
  1               pint  fresh strawberries -- sliced and well
                        drained
  1                cup  fresh or frozen blueberries -- well
                        drained
 

Preparation:

In a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and rind; mix well. Stir in yogurt, marshmallows, and nuts. In a 13 x 9 inch baking pan, spread half the sweetened condensed milk mixture. Arrange half the strawberries and blueberries on top, cover with remaining sweetened condensed milk mixture and top with remaining fruit. Cover with foil, freeze until firm. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before cutting. Tip: Well-drained fruit may be folded into sweetened condensed milk mixture and spread into pan.
