Ingredients:

     1/3           cup  mashed potates
  2 2/3           cups  shredded coconut
  1                cup  semisweet chocolate chips
  1 3/4           cups  powdered sugar
     1/2      teaspoon  vanilla
 

Preparation:

Blend potatoes, sugar and coconut to stiff stage. Blend in vanilla. Shape in a 2 inch roll. Spread melted chocolage over top. Chill. Slice.
