Sesame Chive Tortilla Triangles

Ingredients:

   6      10 inch       flour tortillas
   1                    egg white
   2      tablespoons   sesame oil
     1/4  teaspoon      salt
     1/4  cup           chives -- chopped
                        or
     1/4  cup           green onions -- chopped
   3      tablespoons   sesame seeds -- toasted
 

Preparation:

1. Arrange 3 of the tortillas on work surface. 2. Lightly beat together egg white, 1 tbsp of the oil and salt; brush over both sides of the tortillas. 3. Sprinkle with chives or green onions and 2 Tbsp of the sesame seeds. 4. Top with remaining tortillas, pressing together firmly. 5. Brush remaining oil over top; sprinkle with remaining sesame seeds. 6. Arrange in single layer on baking sheet, bake in 400F oven for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. 7. Cut into 6 pieces and serve warm.
