Ingredients:

  24                    mushrooms -- (about 1 lb.)
     1/4  cup           wish-bone italian or caesar dressing
   1      cup           soft bread crumbs
     1/4  cup           grated parmesan cheese
   1      tablespoon    finely chopped parsley
 

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350`. Remove and finely chop mushroom stems. In medium bowl, combine Italian dressing, bread crumbs, cheese, parsley and chopped stems. Fill caps with bread crumb mixture; place in shallow baking dish. Add water to barely cover bottom and bake 20 minutes. Makes 24 stuffed mushrooms.
