Ingredients:

  2               cans  chicken broth -- (21oz total)
  1           teaspoon  cayenne pepper
  1           teaspoon  crushed red pepper
  1           teaspoon  salt
  1           teaspoon  garlic powder
     1/2      teaspoon  thyme
  1                     diced white onion
  3                     bay leaves
  5          envelopes  knox plain gelatin
  4               cups  your favorite meat -- (beef, pork,
                        -- poultry...)
     1/3           cup  parsley
     1/3           cup  green onions
 

Preparation:

Cook first 8 ingredients in a large pot for 5 minutes. Add gelatin while stirring. Cook on low heat until it simmers (about 5 minutes). Add meat, parsley and green onions. Cook for 5 minutes. Take Bay leaves out and then pour into an 8x8x2 pan. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Take out and loosen cheese from side of pan with a knife. Flip out on to foil. Slice it and serve with crackers.
