Ingredients:

   1      ounce         extra virgin olive oil -- to 1 1/2-ounces
   1      teaspoon      chopped garlic -- to 1 1/2-teaspoon
   3      ounces        fresh sundried tomatoes -- cut into julienne
                        -- strips, up to 4
   2      ounces        mixed greens
   1      pound         angel hair pasta
   1      tablespoon    lemon juice
   8      ounces        julienne chicken strips
   1      pinch         basil
   1      pinch         oregano
   1      pinch         salt
   1      pinch         pepper
   1      pinch         crushed red pepper
   2      tablespoons   butter
     1/2  ounce         grated parmesan cheese
  12                    shrimps -- peeled (26/30-size)
   1      ounce         pinenuts
 

Preparation:

Saute chicken strips with the olive oil and five spices until browned. Then add lemon juice, pinenuts, shrimp and sundried tomatoes with butter. When shrimp are cooked, add greens, Parmesan cheese, angel hair pasta (cooked al dente). Toss together and serve.
