2 pounds polish sausage links -- baked
1 large red onion
1 cup brown sugar
3 cans applesauce
Preparation:
Bake sausages on a cookie sheet 1 hour at 350 degrees....Cool and slice 1/4" thick.
Mix all together, add sausage. Bake 1 1/2 hrs. Serve warm with toothpicks.
