Ingredients:

  1           teaspoon  salt
     1/4           cup  garlic
     1/4           cup  cilantro
     1/4      teaspoon  green peppercorn
     1/4           cup  fresh lime juice
  1           teaspoon  lemon grass
     1/2      teaspoon  galangal powder
  1           teaspoon  shallot
  1           teaspoon  shrimp paste
  1           teaspoon  thai chile
  1           teaspoon  small sausage casings
 

Preparation:

combine ingredients (except casings) in a food processor process just until well blended loosely fill sausage casings tie into 4-inch links prick with a skewer to all sides to expell air arrange on a waxed paper lined baking sheet cover and chill for up to 3 days grill until well browned serve with rice and curry paste
