Pork Chow Mein - Mountain Fuel

Ingredients:

   3      tablespoons   oil
   2      cups          cooked cubed pork roast -- to 3 cups
   1      medium        onion -- sliced
   2      cups          diagonally sliced celery
   1      can           bean sprouts -- 16 oz, drained
   1      can           sliced mushrooms -- 6 oz
   1      can           condensed chicken broth -- 10 3/4 oz
     1/4  cup           soy sauce
   3      tablespoons   cornstarch
                        chow mein noodles
 

Preparation:

Heat oil in a large skillet. Add pork, onion and celery and cook over a medium flame until onion is tender. Stir in bean sprouts, mushrooms and chicken broth. Combine soy sauce and cornstarch and stir into vegetable mixture. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils. Serve over chow mein noodles.
