Pork and Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

                        SALAD
  12            ounces  uncooked lasagna noodles (mafalda)
  3               cups  thinly sliced Chinese (napa) cabbage
  2               cups  shredded or thinly sliced cooked pork
     1/2           cup  shredded carrot
  1              small  red onion -- quartered, thinly
                        sliced
                        DRESSING
  1                cup  mayonnaise or salad dressing
  1         Tablespoon  sugar
  2        Tablespoons  soy sauce
  1         Tablespoon  light sesame oil
 

Preparation:

Cook lasagna noodles to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinse with cold water to cool. In large bowl, combine cooked needles and all remaining salad ingredients. In small bowl, combine all dressings ingredients; blend well. Add to salad; toss to coat. Serve immediately or cover and referigerate until serving time.
