Orange Pork Chops - Crockpot

Ingredients:

   6                    pork chops -- 1" thick
   1      teaspoon      oil orfat
   2      medium        onions -- sliced thin
   6      ounces        frozen orange juice -- thawed
     2/3  cup           water
   1      tablespoon    lemon juice
   2      tablespoons   brown sugar
   1 1/2  teaspoons     ginger
   1      teaspoon      poultry seasoning
   1      teaspoon      marjoram
     1/2  teaspoon      accent
     1/2  teaspoon      salt
 

Preparation:

1. Using a 5-qt crockpot, place oil or fat in cooker and melt on HIGH.

2. Add chops and turn to coat evenly with oil or fat.

3. Place onions on top of the chops.

4. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops.

5. Cook on LOW for 6-7 hrs.
