Ingredients:

   1      can           low sodium chicken broth -- * see note
     1/4  cup           all-purpose flour
     1/4  teaspoon      garlic powder -- * see note
     1/4  teaspoon      freshly ground black pepper
   6      ounces        yolk free creamette wide ribbons -- 6 cups cooked
     1/3  cup           nonfat plain yogurt -- * see note
   6      tablespoons   grated fresh parmesan cheese
                        fresh parsley -- chopped for garnish
 

Preparation:

1. In medium saucepan gradually mix broth into flour, garlic powder and pepper until. smooth. 2. Over med. heat, cook until mix boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in yogurt. Toss with fettuccine and 4 T cheese. Sprinkle with parsley and remaining cheese. If desired garnish with carrot, lemon verbena and rose leaves. * Recipe called for plain yogurt, 2 cloves garlic (minced) for the garlic powder and regular chicken broth. Serving size (1/6 recipe)
