Ingredients:

  16            slices  white bread -- (crusts removed),

  16            slices  ham -- cut into bite-size

  2               cups  cheddar cheese -- (about 8-oz)
                        -- shredded
  2                     swiss cheese -- (about 8-oz)
                        -- shredded
  5                     eggs -- beaten
  3               cups  milk
  1           teaspoon  dry mustard
     1/2      teaspoon  onion salt
  2 1/2           cups  crushed cornflakes
     1/3           cup  butter or margarine -- melted
 

Preparation:

In a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish, layer half of the bread, cheddar cheese and Swiss cheese. Repeat. Combine eggs, milk, mustard and onion salt; pour over layered mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Combine cornflakes and butter; sprinkle on top. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
