Ingredients:

   2      lbs.          sliced cooked lamb
   2      tbls.         olive oil
   2 1/4  c.            water
   1      tsp.          paprika
     2/3  c.            crunchy peanut butter
     1/4  tsp.          nutmeg
                        salt and pepper
 

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve over rice with side dishes of chutney and coconut.
