Farfalle With Lemon Cream

Ingredients:

   1      cup           heavy cream -- or whipping cream
     1/2  teaspoon      salt
     1/2  teaspoon      pepper
   1      tablespoon    lemon juice
     1/2  teaspoon      lemon peel -- zested
   1      pound         farfalle -- (bow ties), cooked
     1/3  cup           parsley -- chpd
 

Preparation:

Delicate sauce with just a hint of citrus. Combine cream, salt and pepper in med saucepan; bring to full boil. Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice and zest. Toss with hot pasta and parsley in serving bowl.
