Marinated Pork Kabobs

   2      cups          plain yogurt
   2      tablespoons   lemon juice
   4      centiliters   garlic -- minced
     1/2  teaspoon      ground cumin
     1/4  teaspoon      ground coriander -- ground
   2      pounds        pork tenderloin -- cut into 1-
   8      small         white onions -- halved
   8                    cherry tomatoes
   1      medium        sweet red peppers -- 1-1/2" pi
   1      medium        green pepper -- 1-1/2" pieces
 

Preparation:

Recipe by: TASTE OF HOME In a medium glass bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, cumin and coriander; mix well. Add pork; cover and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight. Alternate pork, onions, tomatoes and peppers on eight skewers. Grill over medium coals for about 30-35 minutes or until meat reaches desired doneness.
