Ingredients:

   1      cup           Uncooked regular long -- Grain rice
   2      tablespoons   Margarine or butter
   1      tablespoon    Finely chopped onion
   1      teaspoon      Curry powder
     1/4  teaspoon      Salt
     1/4  teaspoon      Pepper
     1/4  cup           Slivered almonds -- toasted
     1/4  cup           Chopped pimiento-stuffed -- Olives or ripe olive
 

Preparation:

Cook rice as directed previously. Heat margarine in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Cook onion in margarine about 2 minutes. Stir in curry powder, salt and pepper. Stir in hot rice. Sprinkle with almonds and olives.
