Ingredients:

  6               cups  apples -- diced
  2 1/2           cups  celery -- thinly sliced
  8        tablespoons  raisins -- dark (Sun-Maid)
     1/3           cup  walnuts -- optional
                        Dressing
  8        tablespoons  fat-free mayonnaise
  8        tablespoons  fat-free sour cream
 

Preparation:

In a large bowl, combine the apples, celery, raisins, and walnuts, stir to mix well. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise with the sour cream, stir to mix well, add mayonnaise mixture to the apple mixture, and toss to mix. Cover the salad and chill for 1 to 3 hours prior to serving.
