Ingredients:

  1 1/2           cups  chicken broth
     1/4           cup  golden raisins
 

Preparation:

Place couscous, broth and raisins in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with vented plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 2 1/2 to 4 minutes or until almost all liquid is absorbed. Timing varies with different watt microwaves. Let stand 2 minutes and fluff with a fork. Prep Time: 4 minutes Cook Time: 2 1/2 to 4 minutes
