Some-Like-It-Hot Potato Salad

Ingredients:

  2             pounds  red potatoes
     1/4           cup  diced red onion
     1/4           cup  diced white onion
  1                rib  celery -- sliced
     1/2           cup  diced bell pepper
     1/2           cup  nonfat mayonnaise
     1/3           cup  nonfat sour cream
  2        tablespoons  dijon mustard
  2        tablespoons  minced fresh dill
                        *ground red pepper to taste
  1         tablespoon  cider vinegar
                        *freshly ground black pepper
 

Preparation:

Boil the potatoes until tender. Set aside. When cool enough to handle, cut into 1-inch cubes. In a large bowl, combine potatoes with remaining ingredients (adding red pepper according to individual taste in hotness), toss gently and chill.
