Ingredients:

     3/4           Cup  mayonnaise
     1/4           Cup  finely chopped onion
  4        Tablespoons  sweet pickle relish
  2        Tablespoons  lemon juice
  1           Teaspoon  seasoned salt
     1/2      Teaspoon  white pepper
     1/2      Teaspoon  dill weed
  2               Lbs.  cooked shrimp (chop into small pieces if
                        needed)
                        lettuce
                        tomato wedges
                        parsley (garnish)
 

Preparation:

Combine mayonnaise, onion, sweet pickle relish, lemon juice and seasonings. Mix until thoroughly blended. Add shrimp and blend well. Adjust seasonings to taste. Serve on bed of lettuce with tomato wedges and parsley to garnish. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
