Ingredients:

 18             ounces  cream cheese
  1                cup  whipping cream
  1           teaspoon  onion juice
  1                cup  cottage cheese
  1                cup  mayonnaise
  1                cup  blanched almonds -- sliced
  1         Tablespoon  Worcestershire sauce
  1              large  glass guava or current jelly
 

Preparation:

Mash cheese, combine with whipped cream, mayonnaise, onion juice, Worcestershire and almonds. Put a layer of this in refrigerator tray; cover with layer of jelly; on top of jelly put rest of cheese; freeze. Cut in small squares; put on lettuce; surround each square with grapefruit segments, allowing 3 or 4 segments each serving. Serve with Poppy Seed Dressing. This is very rich and only a small square of cheese is needed.
