Potato Bean Salad

Ingredients:

   4      cups          diced cooked potatoes
  16      ounces        garbanzo beans -- drained
   1      cup           chopped celery
     1/2  cup           chopped salad olives
   2      tablespoons   dried parsley flakes
   2      teaspoons     onion salt
     1/4  teaspoon      pepper
   1      cup           mayonnaise
   4                    hard-cooked eggs -- sliced
                        Paprika -- (optional)
 

Preparation:

Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; toss lightly. Add mayonnaise, stirring to coat vegetables. Gently stir in egg slices. Chill thoroughly. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
