Marinated Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

     1/2         pound  rotelle noodles
  14            ounces  artichoke hearts
     3/4           cup  sliced black olives
  4             ounces  diced pimiento
  1                cup  red onion
  1              pound  provolone cheese
  1              pound  cheddar cheese
     1/3           cup  white wine vinegar
     1/4           cup  olive oil
  2        tablespoons  honey
     3/4      teaspoon  basil
     1/2      teaspoon  dill
     1/2      teaspoon  garlic powder
     1/2      teaspoon  pepper
     1/4      teaspoon  salt
 

Preparation:

cook noodles in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes, until tender drain, rinse well, and drain again in a large bowl, combine pasta, artichoke hearts, olives, pimiento, onion, provolone, and cheddar combine remaining ingredients in a blender process to mix well pour over pasta mixture and toss to coat cover and chill several hours or overnight, stir occaisionally serve chilled or at room temperature
