Italian Pasta and Vegetable Salad

Ingredients:

   8      ounces        uncooked rotelle or spiral pasta
   1 1/2  cups          broccoli florets -- cooked, if desired
     1/2  cup           cubed cheddar or mozzarella cheese
     1/2  cup           cherry tomatoes -- halved
     1/2  cup           chopped red bell pepper
     1/3  cup           sliced pitted ripe olives -- (optional)
   1      cup           wish-bone italian dressing
 

Preparation:

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water until completely cool. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except Italian dressing. Add dressing; toss well. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Makes 8 side-dish servings. NOTE: If preparing a day ahead, stir in 1/4 cup additional Wish-Bone Dressing before serving. Also terrific with Wish-Bone Robusto Italian, Lite Italian, Classic House Italian, Creamy Roasted Garlic, Fat Free Creamy Roasted Garlic, Ranch, Lite Ranch or Fat Free Ranch Dressing.
