Ingredients:

  1                Cup  Sliced bananas
  1                Cup  Orange sections -- fresh, peeled
     1/2           Cup  Sliced strawberries
  1                Cup  Fresh pineapple chunks
     1/2           Cup  Sliced Kiwi fruit -- peeled
  1                Cup  Plain yogurt
  1                Cup  Cantalope balls
     1/3           Cup  Dates chopped
  2        Tablespoons  Shredded coconut
  6                     Lettuce leaves
 

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients except the coconut and the lettuce. Cover and chill for 1-2 hours. Place lettuce leaves on a plate, spoon mixture onto lettuce leaves, and garnish with the coconut.
