Preparation:

COMBINE OLIVE OIL, LEMON JUICE, TOMATO JUICE, CUMIN, GARLIC, CORIANDER, AND SALT-MIX WELL COMBINE REMAINING INGREDIENTS POUR VINIAGRETTE MIXTURE OVER ALL-TOSS TO MIX WELL ALLOW TO STAND FOR 30 MINUTES TOSS AGAIN TO MIX WELL SERVE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE
