Garlicky Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:

  5               Cups  Shredded Cucumbers
     1/2           Cup  Sour Cream
     1/2           Cup  Coleslaw Dressing*
     1/4          Head  Garlic**
     1/2      Teaspoon  Salt
  1              Pinch  Freshly-ground Pepper
 

Preparation:

* Evaporated Milk or Cream can be substituted for the Coleslaw Dressing, just be sure to add 1 1/2 Tabblespoons sugar to the mixture. ** More or less, depending on taste. Mash the garlic together with the salt until thoroughly blended. Place all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and add the mashed garlic (try not to add the garlic in one lump, spread it around a little) Use as much garlic as you like. This cucumber salad is always a huge hit at potluck lunches!
