Fritos Avocado Salad

Ingredients:

  1          container  sour cream -- (8 oz.)
  1             bottle  italian dressing -- (8 oz.)
  2          teaspoons  granulated garlic
  2        tablespoons  chili powder
  1           teaspoon  black pepper
  2          teaspoons  tabasco® brand pepper sauce
                        mix all ingredients -- set aside.
  3                     avocados - diced and soaked in lemon
                        juice -- (to prevent
                        -- discoloration)
  2               cups  cooked ground beef
  1                can  red kidney beans -- (drained), (15 oz.)
  1             medium  red onion - diced
  3             stalks  celery - sliced
  1               head  lettuce
  1        large   bag  fritos® brand original corn chips
  1                cup  shredded cheddar cheese
 

Preparation:

Black olives and cherry tomatoes for garnish Place beef, avocado, beans, onions and celery in a large bowl. Pour marinade over mixture. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Wash and break lettuce into large bite-sized pieces. Place lettuce in bowl and top with beef mixture. Add FRITOS® Corn Chips and mix together. Sprinkle with cheese and garnish with tomatoes and black olives.
