Ingredients:

   1      head          romaine lettuce
                        torn into bite-sized pieces.
   1      cup           watercress leaves
   1      small         packag frozen snow peas -- ( 1 cup)
     1/2  cup           frozen crinkle-cut carrots
   1 1/2  tablespoons   finely chopped green onions
     2/3  cup           thinly sliced radishes
     2/3  cup           fresh bean sprouts
     3/4  teaspoon      sugar
   1 1/2  tablespoons   distilled white vinegar
   2 1/4  teaspoons     soy sauce
   2 1/4  teaspoons     water
   1 1/2  teaspoons     sesame oil
     1/8  teaspoon      grated fresh ginger
 

Preparation:

In serving bowl, combine lettuce, watercress leaves, snow peas, crinkle-cut carrots, green onions, radishes and sprouts. In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, water, sesame oil and ginger. Cover jar and shake well. Pour dressing over Salad and toss. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Approximately 5 minutes.
