Ingredients:

  1            package  raspberry jell-o
  1               pint  boiling water
  4        tablespoons  a sugar
     1/4      teaspoon  salt
  2          teaspoons  lemon juice
  1           teaspoon  orange juice
  2               cups  cream -- whipped
 

Preparation:

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add sugar, salt, and fruit juices. Chill until firm. Beat Jell-O into small flakes with rotary egg beater. Fold in cream. Serve in sherbet glasses and garnish with a green cherry.
