Ingredients:

   2      quarts        mixed salad greens
   1 1/2  cups          canned white cannellini beans -- rinsed and drained
   1      package       frozen artichoke hearts -- cooked and drained
                        -- (10 oz.)
   1      cup           provolone cheese strips -- (about 4 oz.)
     1/2  cup           sliced pitted ripe olives
     1/3  cup           roasted red pepper strips
   1      cup           wish-bone olive oil vinaigrette dressing -- (8 oz.)
 

Preparation:

In large salad bowl, combine all ingredients except olive oil vinaigrette dressing. Just before serving, toss with dressing.
