   1 1/2  quarts        mixed salad greens
   2      medium        tomatoes -- cut into wedges
   1      small         cucumber -- sliced
     1/4  cup           sliced pitted ripe olives
     1/2  cup           wish-bone lite chunky blue cheese
                        -- dressing
 

Preparation:

In large bowl, toss salad greens, tomatoes, cucumber and olives with Wish-Bone Lite Blue Cheese Dressing. Garnish with red pepper rings if desired. Makes about 6 servings.
