Daryl's Caesar Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  1                     egg
  1 1/2      teaspoons  garlic powder
  2          teaspoons  anchovy paste -- optional
  1 1/2      teaspoons  cumin
     1/2           cup  fresh cilantro
     1/2      teaspoon  seasoning salt
  1           teaspoon  white pepper
     1/2      teaspoon  chili powder
  1 1/2      teaspoons  dijon mustard
  1                     lemon -- juice of
  2               cups  olive oil
     1/2           cup  parmesan cheese -- grated
 

Preparation:

In blender, mix first 10 ingredients. With blender on, add oil in a slow, thin stream. If desired, thin with a little water. Add cheese; blend for 15 seconds. Makes 3 cups
