Corkscrew Macaroni Toss

Ingredients:

   1      cup           uncooked corkscrew macaroni
   2      small         carrots -- cut into 2 inch
                        -- julienne strips
   2                    green onions -- chopped
   1      jar           diced pimiento -- drained (2 oz.)
     3/4  cup           sliced celery
     1/4  cup           frozen English peas -- thawed
   2      tablespoons   chopped fresh parsley
  10                    cherry tomatoes -- halved
     1/4  cup           Italian salad dressing
   2      tablespoons   mayonnaise
     1/8  teaspoon      pepper
                        Lettuce leaves
 

Preparation:

Cook macaroni according to package directions, omitting salt; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain. Combine pasta and remaining ingredients except lettuce, tossing well; chill at least 1 hour. Spoon into a lettuce lined bowl.
