Ingredients:

   6      cups          diced cooked chicken
   4                    hard-cooked eggs -- coarsely chopped
   2      cups          thinly sliced celery
   1      cup           slivered pitted ripe olives
   2      teaspoons     salt
     1/4  teaspoon      pepper
   1      cup           mayonnaise
   6      tablespoons   lemon juice
 

Preparation:

Place chicken, eggs, celery, olives, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Blend mayonnaise and lemon juice together; add to chicken mixture and gently toss together. Chill about 1 hour before serving.
