Chick Pea Salad

Ingredients:

   2      cans          chick peas or garbanzos -- rinsed and drained
                        -- (16 oz. ea.)
     1/2  cup           wish-bone italian dressing
   2      tablespoons   chopped fresh parsley
   2      tablespoons   chopped pimientos
   1      tablespoon    capers
 

Preparation:

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Serve, if desired, over lettuce. Makes about 3 cups salad.
