Celery Salad

Ingredients:

  1                can  {10 3/4 oz.} condensed cream of chicken
                        -- soup
  1         tablespoon  lemon juice
  2             medium  sweet gherkin pickles -- chopped
     1/2      teaspoon  dried dill weed -- crushed
  2               cups  celery -- thickly sliced
  1              small  apple -- diced (about 1 cup)
  1                cup  cooked beets -- sliced
  1                cup  cooked potatoes -- diced
                        salad greens
 

Preparation:

1. Blend soup, lemon juice, pickles and dill in a bowl. 2. Toss with celery, apple, beets and potatoes. 3. Chill 4 hours or more. 4. Serve on salad greens.
