Ingredients:

  3             pounds  new potatoes
  8             ounces  catalina dressing
     1/4           cup  sweet red onion
     1/4           cup  celery
     1/4           cup  pitted black olive
     1/2           cup  mayonnaise
     1/4      teaspoon  jane's salt
     1/4      teaspoon  white pepper
  1                     hard boiled egg
 

Preparation:

simmer potatoes in salted water, until almost tender drain well, peel, and cutup or slice combine warm potatoes with heated catalina dressing cover and chill for 2-48 hours combine potatoes with onions, celery, and olives-mix gently but thoroughly add mayonnaise just to moisten and coat evenly season to taste with salt and pepper garnish with sliced hard-boiled egg serve chilled
